• No Refunds: All donations to the Chowara Temple Trust are non-refundable. Once the transaction is completed, it cannot be undone. Please make sure to enter the correct amount before making a donation.
• Errors in Amount Pledged: In case of an error in the amount of donation, please contact us within 24 hours of the transaction at our official email address. We will look into the matter and try our best to resolve it.
• Tax Exemption: If applicable, a tax exemption certificate will be provided to donors no later than one month after the donation has been received.
