The temple complex features three main deities: Shri Adiparashakti, Siva Kudumbam, in which Shiva is accompanied by his consort Parvathi and their six children, and Shri Mahavishnu, alongside his two consorts, Bhudevi and Sri Devi along with fifteen sub-deities including the Navagrahas, Sapthamaathas (Seven Mothers), Moolaganapathy, Virabhadra, Hanuman, Pancha Mukha Hanuman, Radha Krishna, Kala Bhairava, Gomathavu, Bhadrakali, Shanmughan, Mahakali, Vaishnavi Devi, Chandran, and Aadithyan.

An Ashtamangala Prashnam was conducted for the first time in 2016 and it was found that the current land where Chovvara Adiparasakthi Temple resides had the divine presence of the Devi and other deities and was worshipped by ancient sages. To ensure that the devotees receive blessings from the goddess and other deities, the priests instructed the Dynamic Divine Temple Trust to follow the guidelines of the Prashna Chart, resulting in the construction of the massive temple complex.

The temple is an amalgamation of northern and southern Indian architectural styles, adorned with unique marble idols, intricate woodwork, stone carvings, etc. It's noteworthy that such a temple, which provides equal importance to the three main deities, is quite uncommon. Additionally, the presence of idols like Veerbhadra, Kaalabhairava, Pancha Mukha Hanuman, Saptamatrikas, vaishnavi devi, and Radha Krishna adds to its uniqueness. For instance, the marble Radha Krishna idol, similar to those in Dwarka, is a rare sight. Many of the sculptures and artworks in the temple are also rare and intricately detailed.

The temple adheres to the Kerala Tantra Vidhi during its festival, and the daily rituals at the temple are executed with meticulous precision, creating a sacred ambiance that encourages both devotion and joy.
